  • What is a Cogrova workspace?
    Each organization gets its own URL on cogrova.com, for example your-company. Team members bookmark that link and sign in with email and password after the workspace owner creates an account.
  • How do sign-in and membership work?
    Create an account once with your company email, then invite others as your plan allows. Everyone signs in from the same place — go to Sign in.
  • Can workspace admins manage team members?
    Yes. Workspace owners and seat admins can add members, change roles, adjust page access, and remove anyone except the owner. Open Team & access from your workspace sidebar.
  • I forgot my workspace URL. Can you send it?
    Yes. Open Sign in with the email you used when you created your account. We'll route you to the right company dashboard.
  • How do I reset my password?
    Use Forgot passwordyou'll get a link to set a new password. New registrations also require email verification before first sign-in.
  • Are file uploads and views logged?
    Yes. Owners and admins see an Audit log with file uploads, renames, moves, folder changes, and sign-ins. A separate File views tab records who previewed which document and when.
  • What are workspace Messages?
    Messages is an internal team board inside your workspace — every signed-in member can read and post notes. Use it for quick handoffs between finance, ops, and advisors.
  • Where is data hosted?
    We design Cogrova for European hosting and encryption at rest on dedicated EU-region infrastructure. Details belong in your Privacy Policy and contracts before production launch.
  • Pricing and trials
    Plans are on Pricing. Choose Essentials or Professional — both bill monthly through Stripe. Only the workspace owner completes checkout.
